Please call us at 800-837-4601 and speak with one of our representatives about your collection file. Depending on the specific status of your account, we may be able to negotiate a payment arrangement. Please note we cannot guarantee a proposed arrangement will be accepted by our client and in some circumstances the balance owed must be paid in full.

Can I make a payment online?
Yes, after you call us at 800-837-4601 and enter into a payment plan. After creating a pre-arranged plan, online payment option(s) will be available.
How can I make a payment?
If you have a pre-arranged payment plan you can submit your payment in several ways:
We have a payment website where you can submit your payment via a checking account, savings account, or debit card. Please click on the MAKE PAYMENT link to access the payment portal. You will need your file number to use this feature.
You can make a payment over the phone by calling 800-837-4601 and select the option to make a payment. There are two options for calling in a payment: (1) at any time you can use our automated feature to enter your payment directly on your phone using your checking account, savings account, or debit card or (2) you can speak with one of our customer service representatives to set up a check by phone using your checking account only.
NOTE: If you wish to submit your payment with a debit card, you will need to use either the payment website or the automated payment line.
You can mail your payment to JB LLC 1100 Superior Ave 19th Floor Cleveland, OH 44114. Please make your payment out to the creditor you owe and include your file number. Please Do Not mail cash.
Can I pay by credit card?
No.
I tried to make a payment through your website, but it wouldn’t let me. Why would this happen?
In order to submit a payment using the payment website you must first have a pre-arranged plan already in place by calling 800-837-4601 and speaking with a collections representative. If you previously worked out a payment arrangement but you haven’t submitted a payment in some time, your arrangement may no longer be valid. In this case you will need to speak with a representative to determine if you can reinstate the previous plan or renegotiate a new payment plan. If you are experiencing difficulties with an active arrangement, please call and speak with a customer service representative on our payment line for assistance.
Can I schedule recurring payments?
Yes, you can schedule recurring payments over the phone by speaking with a customer service representative on our payment line. Please call us at 800-837-4601.
How do I request a payoff for a release of judgment lien?
Please fax (216.623.0190) or email (cle@jbllc.com) the following information:
Consumer name
JB file number or court case/judgment information
Signed by the consumer or written authorization signed by the consumer allowing JB to release information to a title company.
We CANNOT respond by email at this time. If you would like a response by fax or mail, please provide your fax number or mailing address.
NOTE: Title Companies – by providing the signed written authorization in the initial request, we can expedite our response to you.
Credit Reporting:
I have paid off my account but the debt still appears on my credit report. Will Javitch Block have it removed?
Javitch Block does not furnish information to consumer credit reporting agencies. If you have questions regarding your credit report, please contact the creditor reporting your account.
